Carroll Education Foundation Now Accepting Board Applications for 2025-26

The Carroll Education Foundation (CEF) is seeking passionate community members to join its board for the 2025-26 school year. Applications are open through March 1, offering a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on Southlake’s schools and educators.

How CEF Supports Teachers

CEF plays a vital role in supporting teachers across Carroll Independent School District through several key initiatives:

✅ End-of-Year Appreciation Gift – Every classroom teacher, including Librarians, CARE, ESL, and SPED teachers, receives a financial gift. In 2024, each teacher received $1,200.

✅ Teachers of the Year Awards – Each campus Teacher of the Year receives a $1,000 cash award, while the two District-Wide Teachers of the Year are honored with $5,000 each for their outstanding dedication.

✅ Teacher Scholarships – CEF provides cash scholarships to teachers and para-professionals pursuing further education at an accredited university.
